Celadon Bowl with Lotus Scrolls and Inscription of “正陵(Jeongneung)” with inlaid design

Jeongneung is the name of the tomb of Princess Noguk, the consort of King Gongmin. The tomb was constructed in 1365(the 14th year of the reign of King Gongmin), the year that she passed away. Celadon inlaid with characters denoting “Jeongneung” is presumed to have
been produced between 1365 and 1374 and is believed to have been used during rituals, such as commemorative rites.
