National Museum of Korea
The National Museum of Korea, as a museum that represents the Republic of Korea, is committed to expanding the scope of international exchange through international organization activities related to museums and culture, as well as providing high-quality public services to visitors from inside and outside of the Republic of Korea.
The National Museum of Korea communicates with museum representatives, museum professionals, scholars, cultural heritage experts, and would-be museum professionals and experts, as well as seeking the sustainable development of the Museum, through the forums of international exchange created by numerous international organizations, including the International Council of Museums (ICOM), the single largest international organization of museums in the world; UNESCO, an intergovernmental organization for education, science, and culture; and the Asia·Europe Museum Network (ASEMUS), a cross-cultural network of museums from Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) countries.
