Celadon Ewer and Pillow with openwork design

The openwork technique involves creating open spaces and piercings in a surface to leave only the desired design. It creates a spectacular
decorative effect, but in the case of celadon there is a high likelihood that it will fail due to the high rate of shrinkage during the drying
and firing process.
