Kundika(Ritual Ewer) with Willow and Waterfowl Celadon with carved design

A kundika refers to a vessel for holding clean water. They were often
used to offer clean water to the Buddha or in other Buddhist rituals.
There is a record in Xuanhe fengshi Gaoli tujing (Illustrated Record of
the Chinese Embassy to the Goryeo Court in the Xuanhe Era) (1124)
by Xu Jing that this type of vessel was also used in common households.
