국립중앙박물관 NATIONAL MUSEUM OF KOREA

Flower-shaped Dishes, Celadon・Goryeo white porcelain

Flower-shaped dishes are a common form recovered from early kiln
sites such as the ones in Bangsan-dong in Siheung, Seo-ri in Yongin,
and Wonsan-ri in Baecheon. Flower-shaped dishes such as these have
been recovered at brick kilns in the middle-western region of the
Korean Peninsula, but also kilns at Yongun-ri in Gangjin and at kiln
sites in Sindeok-ri in Haenam, thereby demonstrating that they were
being produced nationwide at the time.
