Ancient Chinese bronzeware is known to have influenced the production of Goryeo celadon, given that a wide range of rituals and related ritual vessels was introduced to Goryeo from the Song Dynasty Chinese royal court. This incense burner unearthed in Gaeseong has a round body, three short legs, and two hook-shaped vertical lugs attached to the rim. The patterns on its surface were made by pressing it with a patterned mold. Its outer surface features thunder designs and its body is decorated with designs of imaginary creatures.
