This item is a mold used to make bronze daggers. Ancient molds found in the Korean Peninsula are mostly made of talc, a soft material with a smooth surface that can withstand hot melted material, making it ideal for carving and for improving the quality of daggers. This mold was excavated at Yulli-meon, Daedong-gun, Pyeongannam-do.
