This earring with a thin center loop exhibits a very simple, unadorned yet refined style. The simple drop is connected to the center loop with chained loops. Earrings with chained loops and heart-shaped drops (but without middle ornaments) were also excavated from Tomb No. 3 in Seokchon-dong, Seoul. Similar earrings without middle ornaments were also unearthed from the Mural Tomb in Yaksu-ri, Nampo, Pyeongannam-do.
