This album contains calligraphic works by Han Ho (1543-1605, pen-name: Seokbong), a famous calligrapher of the Joseon Dynasty, which he wrote for his friend, Yu Yeo-jang. The contents include a seven syllable poem at the beginning, and Chinese classics by Emperor Wudi of the Han Dynasty and Li Bai. Han Ho’s cursive style of handwriting is based on that of Wang Xizhi, an eminent Chinese calligrapher, but also displays its own unique beauty.
