This book includes the annotations of the eminent Chinese monk Zongmi (780-841) to the Mahavaipulya Purnabudha Sutra (The Complete Enlightenment Sutra), translated by Fotuoduoluo of the Tang Dynasty. The woodblock was made during the Goryeo dynasty, based on the edition originally made in the Song Dynasty, and the prints were published later, using the woodblock.
