This is a grayish blue pitcher made of hard clay. Its body is shaped like a melon, and it is wider at the shoulder than at the bottom. During the Goryeo Period, people used celadon, bronze items or earthenware, depending on their social status. It is presumed that this pitcher was made in imitation of a bronze one.
