This tubular ceramic vessel made with fine clay has a reddish brown surface, a flat base, and an inverted mouth. The mouth and body are decorated with two and three bands of short horizontal lines arranged parallel with each other. The Shell Mound in Wonsudae in the northeastern area of the Korean Peninsula was formed during the late Neolithic Period, around 2000 BCE.
