This book printed in 1744 is Gogyeongjungmabang, a collection of eminent aphorisms selected from articles written by twenty-three well-known saints and scholars. The original book was compiled by Yi Hwang (penname: Toegye) in 1607 (the 40th year of King Seonjo’s reign).
