This is part of a book compiled by Zhu Xi in accordance with the Chunqiu style based on Jachi Tonggam (Comprehensive Mirror for Aid in Government), a historic book written by Sima Guang of the Song Dynasty, China. It is the 37th volume of the book of historical facts concerning Emperor Yangdi of the Sui Dynasty and Emperor Gaozu of the Tang Dynasty of China. The book was printed with metal type called gyeongjaja made in 1420.
