This document was drawn up on January 15, 1895 by Jo Byeong-ho (1847-1910), the Governor of Gyeongsang-do. It contains the list of tributary gifts, largely comprising newly harvested crops and fruits, collected for February of the said year. The governor’s official seal is stamped at the end of the document, and its envelope is left together.
