This is Avatamsaka Sutra (The Flower Garland Sutra), a wooden block printed scroll, one of the first Tripitaka Koreana made during the reigns of King Hyeonjong and King Seonjong of the Goryeo Dynasty. Avatamska Sutra refers to a Mahayana Sutra that contains wide and far-reaching enlightenment and grand and upright reasons of Sakyamuni.
