This gilt-bronze standing Buddha was discovered in Singi-dong, Mungyeong, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Its pedestal, produced as a single piece with the statue, consists of a base carved with nine elephant-eye designs and downturned lotus flowers of simple shapes. Small round patterns are carved around the simple and plain elephant-eye designs. The folds in the upper part of the robe are engraved softly and naturally, while the ankle and areas close to it are made in line engravings. The end part of the robe hung across the left shoulder is also made briefly in line engravings, making the front part contrast with the rear part.
