This ceramic ware is characterized by a flaring mouth, wavy lip, and a flat bottom containing a hole at the center, which indicates that it was intended for use as a flower pot. The entire vessel is coated with an opaque white glaze, excluding the foot and the lower half of the inside. The discovery of similar vessels at the Tiedian Kiln in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, China, suggests that it was produced at this kiln.
