This is one of the few genre paintings ever produced by O Myeong-hyeon (c. end of 17th century – mid-18th century). It portrays a young man carrying a jar on his back. The scattered strands of hair pulled free from his hat and his hairy legs are interestingly portrayed. The work was painted in color on silk and features a grassy rural path as the backdrop.
