This book contains rubbed copies of the stele honoring Master Sinhaeng at Dansoksa Temple in Un-ri, Danseong-myeon, Sancheong-gun, South Gyeongsang-do Province. The stele was originally erected in 813 (the fifth year of King Heondeok’s reign), but has long since disappeared. The contents of the rubbed copies provide precious information on the history of Seon Buddhism during the Unified Silla period.
