This is the epitaph of Princess Suryeong (1281-1335), the wife of a man who belonged to the royal family of the Goryeo Dynasty. The Chinese characters signifying the emperor of the Yuan Dynasty of China are arranged in the epitaph in such a way as to show that Yuan held superior status to Goryeo at that time.
