- Mr. Choi Young-do (b. 1938), whose pen name is Gyeomsan, has donated more than 1500 earthenware pieces which he collected during his 40 years of service in the field of law. This exemplary earthenware covers every major historical period, encompassing gray earthenware from the Proto Three Kingdoms period, earthenware from the Three Kingdoms period, and items commonly used during the Goryeo and Joseon Dynasties. Such diverse artifacts are precious resources that illuminate the major changes in Korean earthenware culture.
