This is the last part of a report submitted to the royal court by Eo Yun-jung (1848-1896), who was dispatched to Jeolla-do and Chungcheong-do as a pacificator at the order of the king to examine the status of the Donghak Peasant Revolution in the third lunar month in 1893.
