Okgyejip is a collection of writings consisting of four books in seven volumes by No Jin (1518-1578), a civil official during the reign of King Myeongjong of the Joseon Dynasty. The original edition, which was published by his son No Yeom, was burnt during a war, but his grandson No Cheok republished it in 1632 (the 10th year of King Injo’s reign), supposedly using these wood printing blocks. The collection contains a foreword, verses, memorial addresses, records about people’s lives, appeals submitted to the king, epitaphs, funeral odes, and more.
