Hilt of Sword-shaped Artifacts

These bronzes that look like sword hilts also resemble bamboo stems and have rings attached at the upper and lower sections. Detailed patterns have been rendered onto the surface, with the upper section sometimes featuring hand or deer images. Such representations can also be observed on objects associated with shamanistic beliefs. In some cases, they were placed on the chests of the dead, suggesting they were armor parts or carriage fittings, but their exact purpose remains unknown.
