This gold crown of Silla features five standing ornaments made of thin gold strips, three oppositely branching trees and two antler-shaped protrusions. It has the same basic structure as those excavated from the North Mound of the Hwangnamdaechong Tomb and the Geumgwanchong Tomb. Distinctively, however, it has an inner cap made by crossing two long and narrow gold plates which is further embellished with three tree branches and three phoenixes on the top. Along the band are gold spangles attached with chains and a pair of long, heavily embellished pendants with thick hollow rings.
