This white porcelain lidded bowl has a comparatively large body exhibiting a stable and imposing shape. Both the bowl and its lid are decorated with eight mandala flowers, four on the body and the other four on the lid, and a floral motif at the top of the lid. An inscription in Korean letters above the foot of the bowl reveals that it was one of “twelve vessels kept in a storehouse in 1857.”
