This is a letter submitted by Kim Ok-gyun to Queen Dowager Sinjeong [the wife of the Crown Prince (posthumously enthroned as king) of the 23rd king of Joseon]; Queen Dowager Hyojeong [the wife of King Heonjong (the 24th king)]; and Queen Dowager Cheorin [the wife of King Cheoljong (the 25th king)] in the first year of the reign of King Gojong (the 26th king of Joseon).
