Jejung Sinpyeon (A New Collection of Prescriptions for Saving the People) is a medical book compiled by Kang Myeong-gil, the head of the Naeuiwon (Palace Dispensary), at the order of King Jeongjo in 1799. It is a woodblock-printed book composed of eight volumes in five books. The contents are based on twenty-one medical books, including Dongui Bogam (Principles and Practice of Eastern Medicine). The book was widely distributed and published in the Qing Dynasty of China in eight volumes in seven books.
