These paintings feature motifs of geometric forms, stars, and clouds copied from the original paintings on the first to third tiers of the five-tier corbel vault covering the burial chamber of the Ssangyeongchong Tomb. The motif of the first tier exhibits double concentric circles filling a sequence of rhombuses, while those of the second and third tiers display patterns of stars including, probably, the Great Bear.
