This gilt-bronze standing Bhaisajyaguru Buddha wears a robe hanging over the left shoulder and holds a medicine casket in the left hand. Its standing position with the right arm hanging downward and facial expression give it a rigid appearance. The contour line-like robe folds do not truly succeed in lending a three-dimensional effect to the body.
