- The Children¡¯s Museum opens until 9:00 p.m. on the last Wednesday of every month.
- Maximum 250 people per session are allowed.
- Admission is free but ticketing is required.
- On-line Reservations are available for 100 tickets. Otherwise, tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis
Admission fees
- Free admission to the Main Exhibition Hall, and the Children's Museum.
- The special exhibition in the Special Exhibition Gallery is charged separately.
Visitor Service
- Wheelchairs and strollers are available free of charge in the Great Hall.
- Strollers are only for babies under 30-month-old.
- The cloakroom is to the west of the Main Entrance available free of charge.
- Coin storage lockers are available at two locations; the Special Exhibition Gallery and in front of Children¡¯s Museum. It is free of charge, but refundable 100 won coin is required.
- A nursing room is located on the first floor across the Museum Shop in the Great Hall.

- Minimum number for a guided tour is 2 people.
- Service times are subject to change due to museum circumstances. Please call ahead for more information during museum open hours.
- Institutions, companies or groups are recommended to call for a reservation at least one week in advance. One-hour tours customized for those groups can be arranged at a preferred time.
Digital/Audio Guide (PDA/MP3)
- The Mobile Tour Guides are available for visitors of age 14 and over, with a personal ID.
- The equipment features bookmark and advanced search functions to provide detailed information.
- Rental Fees: Digital Guide(PDA) 3,000 won / Audio Guide(MP3) 1,000 won
- Reservation is recommended at least a day prior to the visit.
- Non-reserved Digital/Audio Guides may be rented at the museum on a first-come, first-served basis.
Notices to Visitors
- Smoking is prohibited on the museum property except for in designated smoking areas.
- Food, beverages, and pets (with the exception of guide dogs for the blind) are prohibited.
- Cell phones must be turned off or switched to vibrate before entering the exhibition galleries.
- Do not touch artifacts or behave in any way that might damage the items on display.
- Photography without flash is permitted for private purposes. Tripods are not permitted in any part of the Museum.
- Photography or videotaping for commercial requires permission from the museum in advance.
- Riding bicycles, kickboards, inline skates, and rollerblades is prohibited on the museum property.
